What do we do?
Our motto is "movement"! We are here for organizations and individuals who are looking for adaptive change-- those who want to make progress (or want to become unstuck). We are here to help you during change and crisis.
Coaching: Evolving design is here to help you explore yourself and create a meaningful path forward during periods of disruption that may seem difficult and hard, but can help you set a path for progress.
Consulting: We provide communication consulting to organizations as they plan to make changes or deal with crisis situations. We support leadership by conducting research and making recommendations that will help with change success. The key to change success is to design and implement the change process effectively. Evolving designs takes the changing needs and expectations into consideration and listens to stakeholders when designing strategies.
