What do we do?

Coaching: Spark is here to help you explore yourself and create a meaningful path forward during periods of disruption that may feel difficult or uncertain, but can also create opportunities for growth and progress. We coach you through change, helping you communicate, connect, lead, navigate, and spark new possibilities along the way.
Consulting: We provide communication consulting to organizations as they plan to make changes or deal with crisis situations. The key to change success is to design and implement the change process effectively. Spark takes the changing needs and expectations into consideration and listens to stakeholders when designing strategies.
